HDLE is operated by Cielo Azzurro Ventures LLC ("CAV," "we," "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company. This policy explains what information HDLE handles, why, and what choices you have.
We wrote this in plain language on purpose. If something here is unclear, please email us at ventures@cieloazzurroventures.com.
Who can use HDLE
HDLE is available only in the United States and Canada. We do not offer the app in other countries, and it is not directed at people living in other countries or regions.
You must be at least 13 years old to use HDLE. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used HDLE, contact us and we will delete the associated data.
You do not create an account
HDLE does not ask you for a name, an email address, or a password. When you first open the app, it creates an anonymous identifier. This is a random ID with no personal information attached, and it lets your leagues and briefings be saved and retrieved on your device.
That identifier is how our systems recognize your data. It is not linked to your identity unless you tell us who you are (for example, by emailing us for support).
What HDLE handles
Fantasy platform connections
When you connect a fantasy football platform, HDLE stores what it needs to reach your leagues:
• Sleeper: your Sleeper username and the numeric user ID it resolves to.
• MyFantasyLeague: MFL provides no way for an app to connect without your account credentials. When you first connect MFL, your username and password are used to sign in, both from your device and from our servers, so that we can find which league(s) you belong to. We use them only to perform that sign-in. We do not store your password, and we exclude it from our logs. Signing in returns a session cookie, which is held in the iOS Keychain on your device and used for later requests to MFL. Routine refreshes of your league data do not use your password.
As we add support for additional fantasy platforms, we will store only what is needed to connect to each one, and we will update this policy to describe what that involves.
League data
Once connected, HDLE retrieves and caches information from those platforms: your leagues and their settings, your roster, your matchups and scores, waiver and trade activity, and comparable public information about other teams in your leagues. This is the data the app is built to show you.
Subscription records
If you subscribe, Apple processes the payment and sends us a transaction identifier so we know your subscription is active. We never receive or store your payment card, bank details, or Apple ID credentials.
Diagnostic and operational records
We keep technical logs of app and server activity so we can find and fix problems. These logs include timestamps, request outcomes, error conditions, the cost and performance of briefing generation, your anonymous identifier, and the usernames of any fantasy platforms you have connected. They never include passwords.
What HDLE does not handle
• No advertising, ad networks, or advertising identifiers.
• No third-party analytics or cross-app tracking.
• No location data.
• No contacts, photos, microphone, or camera access.
• No selling or renting of your information to anyone, ever.
How your information is used
We use it to:
• Show you your leagues, rosters, matchups, and transactions across platforms.
• Generate your Commissioner AI briefings.
• Deliver and manage your subscription.
• Diagnose problems, maintain security, and keep the service running.
• Improve HDLE's quality (see the next section).
Improving HDLE
We analyze briefing outputs, quality-validation results, and aggregate usage patterns to make briefings more accurate and more useful. This is how we find cases where a briefing was wrong, unhelpful, or poorly worded, and correct them.
During testing and early release, this includes human review. A member of our team may read briefings generated from real league data in order to judge quality. We keep this to what is necessary for the work.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Third parties that process data for us
HDLE depends on a small number of service providers. Each handles data only to provide its service to us.
Supabase
Application hosting, database, background jobs

Anthropic processes this information solely to generate your briefing. Under Anthropic's commercial API terms, your data is not used to train Anthropic's models, and Anthropic deletes it from its systems after a limited retention period.
How long information is kept
• Operational and diagnostic logs: kept 30 days, then automatically deleted by a scheduled nightly job.
• League data cache: refreshed continuously while you use HDLE; superseded data is overwritten.
• Subscription records: retained while your subscription is active and for a limited period afterward, for accounting and tax purposes.
Your choices
Disconnect a platform
You can disconnect any connected fantasy platform at any time in the app. Disconnecting stops HDLE from retrieving further data from that platform and removes the stored connection, including any credential held in the iOS Keychain.
Delete your data
You can ask us to delete your data at any time. Email us at ventures@cieloazzurroventures.com. Because HDLE does not collect your name or email address, please include the fantasy platform username you connected so we can locate the correct records. We will delete your connected leagues, cached league data, and saved briefings.
We retain minimal subscription transaction records where we are required to for accounting and tax purposes.
Deleting your data does not cancel your subscription. Subscriptions are managed by Apple. To cancel, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or visit Apple's subscription management page.
Access your information
You may ask what information we hold about you by emailing ventures@cieloazzurroventures.com.
For Canadian users
We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you and to ask us to correct it. You may also withdraw your consent to our handling of it. If you do, we will delete your data, and you will no longer be able to use the service.

Information handled by HDLE is stored on servers located in the United States (AWS US East, Northern Virginia), and may be processed in the United States by the providers listed above.
Security
Platform credentials that must be stored on your device are held in the iOS Keychain, the system's encrypted credential store. Data in transit is encrypted. Server-side data is protected by row-level access controls so that one user's data is not reachable by another.
Where a fantasy platform offers no alternative to credential-based sign-in, as with MyFantasyLeague, your credentials are transmitted over an encrypted connection, used only to obtain a session token, and not retained.
No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If we become aware of a breach affecting your information, we will notify you and any regulator we are required to notify.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy materially, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use HDLE after a change means you accept the updated policy.
