HDLE Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of HDLE, an iOS application operated by Cielo Azzurro Ventures LLC ("CAV," "we," "us"), a Wyoming limited liability company. By downloading or using HDLE, you agree to them. These terms have been written in plain language on purpose. If something here is unclear, please email us at ventures@cieloazzurroventures.com.
Your license to the app
Your license to use the HDLE application is governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, available at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. That agreement covers your right to install and use the software itself.
These Terms cover the HDLE service, what it does, what you can expect from it, and what we ask of you. Where the two documents address different things, both apply.
Who can use HDLE
You must be at least 13 years old to use HDLE.
HDLE is available only in the United States and Canada. We do not offer it elsewhere, and it is not directed at people living in other countries or regions.
You may only use HDLE for your own personal, non-commercial fantasy football activity.
What HDLE does
HDLE connects to fantasy football platforms where you already have leagues, brings your leagues together in one place, and generates written briefings about them using artificial intelligence.
HDLE is an independent tool. It does not host leagues, process league transactions, or replace the platform where your league lives.
Commissioner AI: what it is, and what it is not
Commissioner AI briefings are generated by an artificial intelligence model working from your league data and publicly available football information.
Briefings are informational. They are not advice, predictions, or guarantees.
You should understand the following before relying on anything HDLE tells you:
AI output can be wrong. Language models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading statements, including statements that sound confident. We build checks to reduce this, and we do not eliminate it.
Football is unpredictable. Injuries, weather, coaching decisions, and game outcomes cannot be forecast reliably by anyone. A briefing that reasons well can still be wrong about what happens on any given gameday.
Source data may be stale or incorrect. HDLE depends on data from fantasy platforms and third-party providers. We do not control that data and cannot guarantee it is current or accurate.
Every decision is yours. Lineup choices, waiver claims, trades, and any other action you take in your leagues are your own. HDLE does not make them for you, and we are not responsible for their outcomes.
HDLE is not a gambling service. It does not accept wagers, facilitate betting, or provide betting advice. Briefings are about managing a fantasy roster, not about wagering on outcomes.
HDLE is independent
HDLE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the National Football League, the NFL Players Association, any NFL club, or any fantasy football platform.
Team names, player names, and league information appear in HDLE to describe your fantasy roster and matchups. Their use does not imply any relationship with the organizations those names belong to.
Connecting your fantasy platforms
When you connect a fantasy platform, you authorize HDLE to access your league information on your behalf.
HDLE is read-only. It retrieves and displays your league data. It does not set lineups, submit waiver claims, execute trades, or take any other action in your leagues. To manage your team, use your platform's own app or site.
You remain bound by each platform's own terms. Connecting a platform to HDLE does not change your agreement with that platform, and you are responsible for complying with it.
We depend on platforms we do not control. Platforms change, rate-limit, or discontinue access at their discretion. If a platform becomes unavailable or changes how it works, some HDLE features may stop working for that platform. We will do what we reasonably can, and we cannot promise continued access.
How we connect. HDLE reaches your leagues through each platform's own interfaces, using access you authorize when you connect. HDLE does not offer a public API, and league data shown in HDLE is not available for programmatic access outside the app.
Credentials are your responsibility. Where a platform requires your username and password to connect, you are responsible for the accuracy of what you provide. How we handle credentials is described in our Privacy Policy.
Subscriptions and payment
HDLE offers an optional paid subscription. Current pricing and subscription length are always shown before you purchase, both in the app and on the App Store.
Apple processes all payments. We never receive your payment card or bank details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Apple charges your account within 24 hours of the renewal date.
Cancel through Apple, not through us: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the current period; you keep access until then.
Free trials, where offered, convert to a paid annual subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. If you subscribe during a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited.
Trial eligibility is determined by Apple. You may receive only one introductory offer per subscription group, regardless of which plan you choose.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
Deleting your data does not cancel your subscription. Those are separate actions; see our Privacy Policy for how to delete data.
Founding Window pricing
Subscribers who begin a paid subscription during the Founding Window, beginning at public launch and running through November 28, 2026, keep the rate they subscribed at, for as long as that subscription remains continuously active.
If your subscription lapses, is cancelled, or ends for any reason, the founding rate ends with it. Resubscribing later means subscribing at the current price.
We may change prices for new subscribers at any time. If we change prices for existing subscribers, Apple will handle that change under its own rules, which may include preserving your existing price or asking for your consent.
What we ask of you
Please don't:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of HDLE or its underlying systems
Access HDLE by automated means, or scrape, harvest, or bulk-download its content
Resell, redistribute, or share access to a paid subscription
Attempt to circumvent subscription controls or access paid features without paying
Use HDLE to violate any fantasy platform's terms, or any law
Interfere with the operation of the service or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it
Our content
HDLE, the HDLE name and logo, the briefings the service generates, and the software behind them are owned by CAV and protected by intellectual property law.
You may use briefings generated for your leagues for your own personal purposes. You may not republish them commercially or present them as your own product.
Changing or ending the service
We may add, change, or remove features. We may also suspend or discontinue HDLE, in whole or in part.
We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms. If we discontinue a paid service you have already paid for, we will work with Apple on an appropriate remedy.
You may stop using HDLE at any time by cancelling any subscription through Apple and deleting the app.
Disclaimers
HDLE is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that HDLE will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that briefings will be accurate or useful.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CAV will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses in any fantasy league, competition, or wager, arising from your use of HDLE.
Our total liability for any claim relating to HDLE will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for HDLE in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) fifty U.S. dollars.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. Where that is the case, the limitations above apply only to the extent permitted.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. Continuing to use HDLE after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Apple
Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for HDLE or its content. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for HDLE. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
